What to do...

  • Bring your item to Antech Systems.
See the 'contact' page for an area map and other relevant details.  Offsite visits can be arranged but will incur an extra charge based on locality.

  • We will take your name, address and contact number when the unit is dropped off.
If the repair is going to take longer or require any costly parts you will be consulted before we proceed.

  • We may ask for a bench charge if we feel the unit has a particularly low chance of survival.
This charge will be set against the total bill if the unit is repaired successfully.

Retention of service information can increase the re-sale value of your item and improve buyer confidence.

  • Total payment is made when the item is picked up, unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made in cash, online by bacs or similar or by cheque with a guarantee card.
